Location: France > Limousin > Haute-Vienne > Saint Nicolas Courbefy The property is situated 10 minutes approximately from the N21 Limoges - Perigueux road halfway between the villages of Bussiere Galant and Ladignac-le-Long, both of which have swimming/fishing lakes. Local Information: In the nearby village of Bussiere Galant there is a large lake which has supervised swimming and fishing facilities, childrens play area, mini golf and a small steam train during the months of July and August, and a velo railway, which is pedal carriages that run on a rail track. Golf Information: Municipal 18 hole golf course at Limoges, with driving range, handicap certificates not required about 40 minutes drive. Not an easy course, but there is no water!
